Arboriculturist Consultant Fareham

The trees and woodlands in and around Fareham constitute what’s known as an ‘urban forest’. It’s what makes the area such a popular place. At Technical Arboriculture, we offer arboricultural consultant services to assist a range of projects in their smooth running within this environment.

Working on developments and issues for clients in the domestic, commercial, and local authority sectors, our assessments and reports provide sound and pragmatic advice. This may be for hazard analysis, TPO maintenance works, and ongoing strategy. Our background in both tree health and regulatory compliance means that we can offer incredibly balanced and practical reporting that leads to successful approval.

Why choose TechArb?

because we are…

Our tailored arboricultural consultant services mean that we can work within any scale of project to ensure all issues are successfully resolved. As each situation is different, we welcome a conversation to plan how our services can benefit your project.

How does it work?

Not sure how it works? We do, and we are happy to walk you through…

First step, you contact us

Then we need some details.

Where are you? A postcode, site map, TOPO survey or plans all help piece together the picture

What do you need? Do you know? If not, explain the problem.

Why do you want it? Have you been asked by the local authority, architect, member of the public?

This next bit is on us

The quote – we will provide you with an accurate quote wherever possible, and if we can’t be sure we will provide an estimate of costs, we promise to keep you updated if any prices change. Or any additional costs arise.

If you accept…

The Survey – we will find a mutually convenient time to visit your site. Usually we can complete this on the ground, but let us know if there are any access issues. You probably don’t need to be here for this, but you are welcome to to ask questions and watch us work.

The Report – we take away all the information from our visit, combine it with the plans or details you have already provided and a week or so later we will email you a digital report in a PDF format, you can use this to inform Local Authority, it may form an integral part of your planning application, or for a property sale pack, it might be for insurers, architects, neighbours or jsut your own peace of mind. You will then be invoiced after receiving your report.

“We use Technical Arboriculture for the development of our tree strategy, tree policy and risk management plan. They also prioritised our tree risk management areas and now carry out our surveys. We undertook a thorough tender process and awarded the contract based on their ability to meet council policies, give value for money and their approach to risk assessing with approval from our insurers at Zurich.”
Tree Risk Management Policy – Mr Adam M Green, Grounds and Countryside Manager, Hart District Council
